Pig Shots

First time making pig shots tonight. Made some spicy ones for myself and mild for the rest of the family. Not bad at all. They are rich, but I had a nice cold Dos XX NA with salt and lime that really balanced out the richness and heat…will definitely make again.
Fajitas were seasoned with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Fajita seasoning.

Excellent idea! Closest thing I currently make is stuffed mushrooms. Always nice to get new ideas.

I like stuffed mushrooms but the issue I always run into is a lot of their moisture collecting in the cap during cooking resulting in a very unappetizing stuffing.
