Petite sirloins

Had a few of these in the freezer and figured I'd grill em up for a quick weeknight supper....
little Montreal steak seasoning .....


put em on indirect on my converted charcoal/gas grill....:cool:



after a few minutes of indirect (15or 20 ) I finished them on direct heat....
I put that foil on the back like you said , George .....worked good.




by the time I thought to take a finished pic , my plate looked like a murder scene , so I'll have to be happy with just this pic of the cooked steaks that were left.....these aren't the most photogenic steaks , but I like this cut of beef....it's pretty affordable and tastes good.... even un marinated ! Can be a bit gristly though.
