Paul Kirk recipe HELP

I own Paul Kirk's book, the 175 sauce one, I had planned on using it this weekend...unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, I'm not in possession of it (thanks to a scheming brother in law I think, but that's another story)...on page 34 there's a mustard recipe...I need it...can someone who owns the book email me the recipe...I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to get over, he's already gotten my money...so I don't feel too bad asking, but I know people may be wary of putting it up for public consumption, but maybe not...anyway if someone could oblige me, I'd be mighty grateful.

P.S. I'm prepping pork butts for tomorrow so I'm in a little of a hurry
