OnlyFire replacement parts on sale


 
Has anyone tried their pizza oven for the kettle? It's on sale, too, and I'm turned off by the price of the original Kettle Pizza.

Thanks, J! I ordered a couple of sets, one for my Genesis 3 and one for my Q120. Great price!
 
I got a couple. So far the "Bruce Effect" hasn't taken hold :ROFLMAO: .

This goes along with dropping prices for grates. There were some nicely priced 13-bar flavorizers, but I was not convinced given the low weight and no gauge description. The one import I saw that looked good was Stanbroil. But their prices are up there with Dave Santana/rcplanebuyer. I would way rather buy from him.
 
BTW IMO those burners I bought are total crap. I even went so far as to put in extra holes closer to the igniter. No bueano. I only hope I can return them since I modified them

Larry,

Could you remind me (and us) exactly which burner you bought?
 
I bought a burner set for my Q320. I am going to have to try returning them. Most likely will simply invest in actual Weber ones. The positioning of the ports do not line up with the ignition source and when compared to actual Weber burners nowhere close. The OEM burners are still intact but are going to require a more intense cleaning as flame was not propagating correctly around the outer ring burner. It's painstaking but better than a burner that will not light
 
So, Larry, was yours from OnlyFire or someone else? I have had some trouble with aftermarket Q burners, but not to the extent you have had.

Not sure what I think about this design. I have long wanted an Original Pizza Kettle that some others here have used successfully. If you buy the paired down version and get(have?) some of the utensils already, the price isn't quite as bad. I have also seen used ones from time to time at bargain prices. I like that it uses the dome lid and like that one that you don't have to lift the lid off. I made pizza in my Big Green Egg, but with that you had to open the lid to see what was going on.

Haven't use either. Curious about how the OnlyFire one fits on the kettle. If it sits into the kettle, you don't have much room for charcoal. If it sits high on the kettle, then unsure how the lid would close with top grate being 22". I like the idea though. Would make indirect cooks easier to handle controlling the temps.
