Got a massive T Bone 🥩. 2.5 pounds and prob 2.5 inches thick. Prepped some compound butter on Thursday. IMG_5162.jpegIncredibly warm by the river. IMG_5176.jpegSteak had a long brine in the fridge. Focaccia was preppedIMG_5177.jpegThis was a traditional steak meal with mushrooms, spinach and bread. Did the steak on the kettle with a good sear then moved to indirect.
