The other day, I put on our shopping list "Cashews, Pecans, OR Walnuts (when on sale). DH came home with a bag of each. So now I am checking out my nut binders and seeing what we can make using Cashews to start with. We want something using chicken. Yikes!!!! There are over 35 recipes calling for chicken and cashews. It is so hard to choose just one. Does anyone have a good recipe that they would recommend?
