Patiently awaiting my 18.5” WSM my wife purchased for Christmas (she doesn’t know that I’m aware). Took advantage of the BF deals at Thermoworks yesterday and will try to accumulate a few more items over the next month. Also, will be my first smoker so any and all tips appreciated!
