New Year’s Ginger Pork Burgers

For Christmas Barb got me the new Weber book “Weber’s Greatest Hits” there was a ginger pork burger recipe that we both wanted to try so New Year’s eve we made it.
Very different burger for us, spinach instead of cheese and a pork/beef mixture with scallions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cloves, mixed into the meat with a Sriracha /ketchup sauce.
Very good with some nice heat to it.
Made some home fries to go along with it.
