Hey everybody. I have finally decided to officially join the board although I have been lurking around for a while. I enjoy grilling and smoking on webers. Have a 22 kettle and a 22 jumbo joe (dedicated vortex chicken cooker), a smokey joe tamale pot cooker, and just recently purchased a 18 wsm. I have owned and cooked on several types of smokers, latest being a stick burner, and I decided that I want the convenience of the wsm and possibly try to do an overnight cook and get a little sleep.

So, if you have been lurking here for quite a while, then you know I like recipes. lol Have any of your cooks?

I have some pork belly skewers in the smokey joe right now, I’ll post up if they are good
 
Eli, no post, does that mean the pork belly was no good?

DH just found some pork belly deep in our freezer. :rolleyes: :unsure:
