New from DFW

Good Evening,

I just got a WSM 22.5 for Christmas from my wonderful girlfriend and I decided it was time to join the forum. I'm not new to bbq/smoking, just new to the WSM. I've already cranked her up and made a wonderful pork shoulder. I also just received my Maverick ET-732 thermometer set in the mail and I can't wait to try to them out this weekend. I live in North Fort Worth, near Cabelas for the locals, and since we can't find any gun ammo, I think I should have plenty of time to smoke some meat! Glad to be here.
