Hi all,

Just picked up my first Weber the other day.

A 2005 Genesis Silver B SWE (I believe)

Very excited to finally have a BBQ that feels like it will last a good few years again, and not the yearly rubbish ones I have got before.

The forum has already been great in helping get some answers on a flip up table đź‘Ť

Hi Timothy, to be honest ive only cooked sausages on the bbq so far haha

I am looking at the forum and seeing a whole resource of information, will be looking to try my hand at some simple meats with maybe smoke added in :)

then hopefully expand on that! :)
