My Christmas Dinner Plate

We've been out of town visiting my daughter and her family and have had company since we've been back.
Have been cooking outside, but things have been uncondusive to taking pix. Last night's dinner was no different.
No pix of the cook - just a plate shot: bone-in pork loin roast with a red currant/whiskey sauce, grilled yams, grill baked russet and green bean casserole.

Looks great Robert. Same here we had some friends over and our daughter for Christmas. Barb and I cooked for two days getting ready for Christmas dinner, ham, turkey, homemade rolls, homemade yam casserole, green beans, stuffing, cranberries, apple pie, pecan pie. Cheese plate, jelly balls, on and on. Never had time to get the camera let alone take any pictures.
But it was a great Christmas dinner.

Wow Robert, it doesn't get any better than that! That pork is mouth watering. Like the looks of your red currant whiskey sauce. Sides are perfect too. Nice job for sure.
