Mothers Day King Crab on the Silver C

Wife wanted King Crab for Mothers Day and that is what she got. Bought some Filet's to go with the crab fortunately did not cook them the crab legs were a pound a piece my wife myself and daugher were stuffed with the crab we did eat a few twice stuffed baked potatoes though 2 left tomorrow so Filet's for dinner tomorrow its all good.

Heated them up on the Silver C medium high my usual way as they are already cooked, cut them in half use a scissors to slit them down top to bottom rubbed with olive oil then 2 minutes on each side and your done. Unsalted butter for dipping crab is a bit salty to begin with and I love salt but not for crab.
