I have posted this several times before & I keep coming back to it!

Dry brined over night, seasoned with my favorite.

And were off & running with the vortex & a chunk of wood.

Half way through & were pegged, not sure why some people struggle with getting temps up via the vortex.

Super crunchy, just the way I like them!

I have not tried the Louisiana's yet, but will do so when I am out of Lefty's.

@EricV. when you did your overnight dry brine was that just salt on the chicken or with the Louisiana's? Did you add cornstarch?
 
Damn it that beer pic made me puke!!
Becoming a dynasty brings these things on, lol! The beer can is a limited edition, & I will make sure I have some on hand for the entire season. You know it even tastes better with that logo on it Looking forward to October 20th.
