Meatloaf on the kettle

I did a meatloaf on the Kettle today. A person posted one done with onions and peppers on a fishing forum I visit so I had to try it with the veggies.
I basted it with a bbq sauce about 15 minutes before I pulled it off the grill. Had some boiled cubed potato's with fried onions for my side dish.

I think I might return to the “make the meatloaf in advance and freeze” method with parchment. Less “stickage” better shape consistency. Now, I want meatloaf, rotisserie chicken, shrimp, Sous Vide tri tip, well…you know!

Have you got the recipe for this one to share?
