Meatloaf and wings on the Performer

Given the sparse beef, poultry, and pork selection as well as the escalating prices, I decided to go with a more simple Smoke Day menu. Meatloaf loosely based on the Kosmo Q recipe and wings with Oakridge BBQ Gamebird and Chicken rub. It was nice to just sit by the grill, relax, and reflect on Memorial Day as well as the last 8 weeks that have changed our lives.
