that looks fabulous. which recipe are you using? and total time to make this into bacon?

Used Steven raichlens as a base, added some extras, like the bourbon. Thyme 7 day cure,24hr air day. 8 hr cook time. Was really cold outside

Looking good, getting ready myself to get some bacon going. But I think I'll wait till it warms up a bit, still got a pretty good stash in the freezer.
