This weekend I attended my first BBQ competition. Of the 14 teams in attendence, I think 10 were using the WSM. And most teams had at least 3 of them going. I was blown away at the respect that ALL the teams have for the little Bullet.
And in case anyone is interested, I was with "The Smoke Ring" team and this is how we did:
Reserve Grand Champion
1st in ribs
2nd in chicken
2nd in pork
4th in brisket
