Making Chuck Roll Steaks - Help Requested

My wife came home with some chuck roll steaks yesterday, after getting what she thought was a great deal. She did not realize that the steaks I had made last week were chuck eye steaks and that they weren't the same thing.

I've never cooked these before, but it looks like they just sliced a chuck roll into 6 steaks. The total weight was about 4 lbs. I have a few of them marinating right now, so what is the best method to cook these?

High heat sear and then finish indirect? Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
