Haven’t posted any food pics in a while and being as these are something I’ve never done, I thought why not. The wife doesn’t particularly care for legs due to the tendons, veins etc. so I thought if I cleaned them up a bit it might help. It took a bit to prep them but it was worth it, she loved them. Nothing fancy about the cook just seasoned the chicken with SPOG then wrapped with bacon and glazed with BBQ sauce near the end. Cooked indirect on the Performer for an hour, served with potatoes au gratin and a salad. I’ll definitely be making these again.
