Cooked inside today. Made Lasagna w/Fresh Basil & Garlic. Browned 2 lbs of Ground Chuck & 1 lb of Italian Sausage. Added San Marzana Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce & Paste. Fresh Parsley, & some Cabernet Sauvignon. Simmered 45 mins. Mixed up Riccotta, & boiled Noodles. Made 2 layers of Lasagna with Noodles, Ricotta, Sliced Mozzarella then Meat Sauce. Topped w/Shredded Mozzarella & Parmesan. Was Delicious
