Labor Day Chicken Thighs

Today was a good day for chicken thighs. A little seasoning, an hour on the OTG with charcoal and a little hickory, some grilled mini sweet peppers, some toasted sourdough bread with basil compound butter, and a red, white, and blue salad. Quick, easy, and tasty! Thanks for looking.

Mmmm...thighs!

You did the skin perfect! Nice level of crisp but not too much and you can still see the chicken color.

Great looking food, Mark. I like your setup of the charcoal baskets - very space efficient. I'm going to have to plagiarize.
