Kielbasa (look ma, no water!)

Quickie dinner tonight..... I made some Kielbasa back in April, and we decided a bit late today that we'd have some for dinner. Pulled a pack out of the freezer at 5:30, dropped it in some water to thaw, and it was ready to go on the grill at about 6:35. Nothing fancy tonight, just the Q200 on med high, about 4-5 minutes per side. This recipe for Kielbasa is from Len Poli's sausage formulation web site, and is a complete keeper! It's mild, but flavorful, and doesn't have overpowering pepper or garlic notes, which many kielbasa recipes seem to have. They went great with a bit of dijon mustard, and my wife's broiled zucchini (halved, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parmesan cheese.....)

Love the Q for a quick grilled dinner!
