Just a quick couple of pic's of my Parmesan Kempster Chicken I did last night. It's an old Weber Recipe. It was delicious. Along with the chicken I did the baked potato sliced crosswise that I've seen on a few posts here. I topped them with butter, Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb and Guda cheese. I also did a grilled green bean and bacon recipe that Timothy shared with me a few days ago. The potatoes and green beans were fantastic as well. Unfortunately, the photos of the plated meal didn't come out. They were too dark. Oh well, live and learn. Check photo quality before chowing down.

Ready for the grill.

Weber Executive VP Mike Kempster? Cool. Looks great.

When I bought my first Weber Kettle, probably over 20 years ago, it came with a hard bound book, full of recipes and grilling tips and ideas. That has been my favorite chicken recipe for an indirect cook ever since. There's no reference in the book as to the namesake of the recipe, but I'm sure you are correct. Thanks.
