dinner one~
seasoned up a few chuck eyes with a combo of steakhouse rub & tri tip Santa Maria rub
baby Yukons oiled then dusted with Penzey's Adobo...
...and on the large Weber...
After a cocktail or two, the eyes made their way to the grate
taters cooked....
and everything (including sautéed zucchini, mushrooms and onions) plated
BoyOhBouy, that was good
dinner two~
marinated about 2½ lbs of boneless/skinless chicken thighs in a mixture of:
Italian salad dressing
Catsup/Barbecue sauce
Lea & Perrins® famous Worcestershire Sauce
Sriracha
and Sundried tomato Garlic
