Ho Hum, just another awesome cook by the Pigvillian Machine.

You know, every time I go to the grocery store or Costco I look for chuck eyes and I've NEVER seen one. I think they ship them all to Raymond.

I gotta try that chicken marinade.

I grilled chuck eyes last night, but yours look better!
The thighs are a thing of beauty too!

Your cooking and photographing on both cooks was outstanding Jim!

Just dinner? Man , I wish I ate "just dinner" like that every night! In the horse racing world that's a perfecta!

Good looking eet's Jim. I found some chuck eyes the other day at the grocery store. Bought them all up. Can't wait to introduce them to my good friend Weber.

Well done on the cooks. Great inspiration for some future meals.

Nice crust on those Chuck eyes. I am sure there's more to getting that crust then tossing on a rub.

Anything that starts with "CHUCK" got to be gooooood!
Nice job multitasking job Jim. I could eat all that and not share! lol.
Thanks for sharing.
Chuck.
