22.5" one-touch platinum, hickory chips, all the wings in a slurry of .15 / .85 evoo / walkerswood jerk (not sold on this slurry but I was at the tail end of a jar). Marinated in this for maybe an hour.

The coal pattern was unusual but I dealt with it.....I'm a little out of practice.

Some of tonight's diversion, other than a bunch of yard work:

The Wingmaster strikes again! Looks fantastic to me. Gotta get me some of that walkerswood

Great looking wings Clint! Like the new toy too, although it seems a little subdued for you after viewing a couple of your other hobbies!

Nice wings! Is that Walkerswood common in supermarkets? I've never noticed it before, but have seen a lot of people talking about it since I joined the forum. Most people seem to like it, so I'm interested to try it.

I've only found it at Amazon - it's right around $5-6 per jar when bought in a 4 pack.

Anyone interested in trying it - I say what are you waiting for :) I love the stuff. Before I found walkerswood (no doubt by this site), I used a powdered Jerk seasoning...tried a couple other wet rubs/sauces - WW is my favorite.

Clint;
As you know, I am a big fan of Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. I LOVE Jerk Chicken wings and yours look top drawer, to me. Good Job!:cool:

the glazed ones seem to be the favorite--- I didn't so much like the olive oil / paste mix so I think I'll skip the oil next time. I always like to take a small taste of the paste while it's still fresh but it tasted funny with the evoo.

For the glaze I just used probably 3T of sweet baby ray's with a little habanero sauce and I think a little pepper - I just dropped each wing in the bowl w/ bbq sauce, hit it with a silicone brush, flipped, then back on the grate (just one application). I wanted to do chicken pieces for lunch today like this - it's that good :)
