Jerk breast & thighs, Oh My!

I broke in my new Thermomaven remoter with a breast for the Missus, and thighs for yours truly.
Cooked the breast to 158° & the thighs to 195°.
I'm very impressed with the the thermometer & the chicken..

After several trips to Jamaica I only use this, at the recommendation of a little old lady who ran a jerk stand. It's authentic and easy to find. There's no reason for me to make it, when everything you need is in this jar. Fortunately, the Missus loves jerk too. After all, she married me, didn't she?
