During many cooks a moist environment is very handy especially in the less humid climates. I think this is 20.00 well spent Sir.

Looks like it comes wit 5 or so pans, I’m curious on the holder.

Looks like a foldable wire rack and some disposable pans. 2" high pans. The wire rack folds in one direction, and seems to struggle to stay extended if lifted the other way. Please place pan accordingly. I wonder if this keeps the pan away from the sear function...

I am good with using aluminum pans from Costco. Still waiting for the side table to be released.
