In Search of Mini Sifter

Do any of you guys or gals know where I can buy a small sifter as depicted here in this video clip, which appears to be approximately 2" diameter and has no handle? This would be very suitable for my novice bread-making endeavors.

For “small” shakings of flour or powdered sugar I use a tea ball, any grocery store should have one in the “stuff” section.
I‘ve been using the same maybe 1 1/2” one on a chain for twenty years, there is a spring loaded handled version about the same size but, I find the chain more fun, I think this was maybe three bucks?
 
I think I saw it from an OLD cooking show when they really taught things and weren’t just playing games! Maybe Jeff Smith?
