They wanted to know what Year/Model this is, and what it would be worth on the used market (generally speaking) in its current used condition. Yes, you can still buy the new style with the clips. The original had slots cut into it. Bottom looks solid, I would ask over a c note. Here's a similar one in Evanston Il.
