My Smokai smoke generator showed up and my Wife is already asking for smoked fish, cheese, butter.....
I'm pretty sure I'm going to mount in on my Broilmaster G2000D that I'm half way through restoring so it may be finished soonish if I find the time. I also ordered the mounting bracket that adapts to a rotisserie mounting bracket so I may try it on some other grills also.
@TomRc What wood chips or pellets do you use in yours? I'm interested in finding good Hickory wood chips but it needs to be a brand that makes their wood chips on the small side. Between 2-10mm wood chips. I'll also do some research and try and pick some up to start with.
It feels very sturdy and well built. 304 SS

@Jon Tofte The Weber grills that were made like this with the small caster wheels on all 4 corners making the carts much closer to the ground have always seemed to have the biggest cart rust issues. Not that other ones didn't have rust issues also but I always thought it was smart when Genesis ii came out in 2017 that they raised the cart back up and added back the bigger wheels on the right. It definitely helped the lower cabinet rust issues in my opinion. Not 100% but noticably better. Interesting the new Genesis went back to the small casters all the way around and dropped the cart back down low again.
