I'm finally going to get around to doing my first butt next weekend. How much to get is the question. How much uncooked pound per person is my question. From Chris's pictures of the 2 butts, it doesn't look like that much yield. Can a person fit 2 6 pound butts per grate, and how many people would that feed?

a 6 pound butt will feed 10 to 16 people based on how much they like to eat and what other foods are going to be served.
