Homegating before Giants game

Backyard tailgating (or homegating I think it's now called) before the Giants game. Taylor ham, bacon, home fries, eggs, cooked on my drip n griddle pans over SnS on my 2 - 22" kettles. When plating, I put the home fries down first, then taylor ham and bacon, then some cheese, and then the eggs on top. Was a good pre-game meal. If only the Giants could have cooperated a little better......

Indeed.

I buy pork roll (Taylor ham for the north jersey folks) by the log at Costco. So good!

That was my favorite thing to get at a diner at 2am after a night of drinking! Many moons ago...

Looks like a tasty breakfast! I found a hunk of homemade pork roll in the freezer the other day. It will be on the menu this weekend.
