Hello, been using my various weber kettles for a while now but decided it was time to jump into the WSM and bought the 47 pleased with it , even tho havnt used yet
 
Hello Edward! Poole, UK, I gather? Since you haven't used your WSM yet, just wanted to let you know that the temperature will be easier to control as you get the insides of it seasoned with a coating after a few cooks. It has to do with the reflective nature of the brand new surfaces. All to say that it gets easier and more "set it and forget it" with some use and practice. See you around!
