Hi,

My wife gave me a WSM 22 for an early Christmas gift. I am new to smoking and did my first smoke today - a pork loin. Made some mistakes but it worked out ok. Did some reading here after it ended - really smart to do it in that order I know - and you all have really helped me understand what was going on. So thanks.

I really enjoyed the whole thing and looking forward to my next one later this week.
