Here is my WSM smoke day 17!!!!

Photo 1: A 6.5 pound pork butt that I got a while ago for .99 a pound (Haven't seen that price in a long time....stupid covid)
Photo 2: All that beautiful homemade rub consisting of sugar, paprika, chili, onion and garlic powders, lemon pepper seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Photo 3: On the smoker at 7am for a 10.5 hour cook around 225-250 over mesquite wood chunks
Photo 4: Took it off once it reached 201 and pulled immediately mostly because I was dying to taste it!
Photo 5: Pulled pork sandwiches with homemade bbq sauce, homemade mac and cheese and coleslaw

Everything turned out fantastic and my wife and I are currently in a food coma. Took some over to our neighbor who is an elderly gentleman. He said it was the best pulled pork he has ever had! As a thank you he made us some strawberry shortcake for dessert which was also fantastic.

I'm a day late. This was the first year I was ready to go. Usually I have a conflict and end up a day or even a week before or after. This year I had a plan, but the weather here in NJ absolutely didn't cooperate. So I have 18lbs of pork shoulder on now! Still raining, but not as much.
 
The pulled pork looks super juicy!
It was very juicy! I ended up wrapping it because it stalled at 175 for a while which has never happened. When I first started at 7 it jumped right up to 150 by 10am so I honestly thought it was gonna be done by like 3 instead of 6 like I had hoped.
