Hello everyone! I've been lurking around for quite some time. I'm eargerly awaiting my WSM to show up on Wednesday or Thursday!
My main grilling action takes place with gas (I know...) /infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif and have been experimenting smoking with it. Actually, I've made some pretty good briskets (but what a pain in the rear it is). Haven't attempted anything else on it though. Can't wait to light my new WSM this weekend! Whoo Hoo!
