Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone from Bangkok, Thailand.
I am an expat living here for many years now and after having trouble with a Weber gas grill I came across this forum while searching for solutions.
Hopefully I can tap into the experience of you guys to help me sort the issue, but then I'd like to hang around make use of all the amazing grilling tips and recipes etc. that I've no doubt are here.

How's it going so far? You got some good ingredients to work with in Thailand.
Marinate some of that good pork, seafood and free range chicken.
Have you ever tried BBQ egg?
