Hello everyone. Recently fell in love with the wsm. Been following the forum since I got it and decided to join. I have enjoyed cooking ribs, tenderloin, chicken and salmon so far. Also use a cold pellet smoker for cheeses and other assorted items. Glad to be part of the community!
