Just joined after receiving an 18.5 WSM for Christmas. Did my first smoke last weekend on an 8 lb pork butt bone-in using this amazing website as a resource. Have a lot to learn and improve on for efficiency and experimenting (engineer), but the result was amazing for first time. Pulled the bone right out, clean. I'll get over to the WSM section and do some searching and start asking questions.
