Hello from Denmark!

Hi everyone. Greetings from Denmark.

My name is Jonathan, and I just moved from an apartment to a house with my fiancé. I've always dreamed of having a WSM, and since I now have my own yard, I recently purchased the 22.

This weekend will be my first time firing it up, and I will start with the basic barbecued chickend recipe that is available in the cooking topics.

I've really appreciated all the tips and tricks from Chris both on tvwbb and YouTube, but also the threads on the forum from you guys. It has eliminated to many questions and doubts.

Looking forward to this Saturday and looking forward to follow the different BBQ adventures on this forum.
