Hand-cut Steaks and Rib Eye Burgers

Good morning all.

These are hand-cut, top-round steaks that were cooked over the WSM last night. The burgers were made from the trimmings of some rib-eye steaks I cut a few weeks back. Needless to say, they were the best burgers I have ever made. I paired the whole meal with this gorgeous Italian wine.

Thanks. But the prices are way too high for me. I buy the vast majority of my meat from Wild Fork. Much, much better pricing, and their quality is great. i do appreciate the info
