Am thinking about doing a ham and a turkey breast for Easter. The ham will probably be one from Sams ( not fresh ) and the turkey will probably be a butterball brand. Are there any problems with doing a ham on the top rack and the turkey on the lower rack at the same time?......thanx

The drippings from the ham may make the turkey too salty. The drippings will also make the turkey brown unevenly.

If you use a roasting rack and a drip pan for the ham you should be ok.

Place the ham on a disposable foil pizza pan and you'll be all set. Less than $1 from the grocery store.
