Decided to do some chicken for dinner and wanted to use some Sriracha for some kick so this is the lineup of ingredients. Then into a bag to marinate for 4 hours. Then I did my mac salad which is always good and simple.
Chicken on the performer, cooked till 160* then off to rest to finish cooking to 165*.
Plated along with some asparagus and again one great and simple dinner. The Sriracha did give it a nice kick, will be doing this one again.
