Grilled Spare ribs

Hi Everybody, I hope you are all enjoying Labor Day weekend! I was pressed for time tonight, so I grilled spare ribs instead of smoking them. They were on sale at $1.77lb, it was a nice meaty rack. Grilled them direct and flipped them over about every 5 minutes or so. I added some Spicy bbq sauce in the end. They were very tasty. Moisty, chewy, with a little smoke ring in there. Happy with the results :).



I am really liking this rub, I use it on everything now.

It's a good thing looking at great food doesn't put the pounds on or I'd weigh twice as much as I do now ;) Looks great!
