Hi all. I'm a long time professional chef (retired) and a food lover, However, I never got into serious Grilling or BBQ other than a few steaks, burgers, sausages or some grilled veggies on the charcoal grill. Now I'm looking forward to the new challenges and perfecting my art on the weber wsm as well as my full-sized charcoal grill. Looking to learn as much as I can and hopefully someday to be able to pass some knowledge on. I do have a business that sells dehydrated meals so perhaps I can share some expertise about that along the way.
