Juiced and zested two lemons, added evoo, Greek oregano, garlic and onion powder, S&P.
Let that sit in the fridge for three hours.
Used cowboy brings and a chunk of white ash.
Served with boxed pilaf and 🥦 Normandy with hot sauce.

I attribute the color to the white ash I used.:)
It has a very mild flavor, goes well with lean proteins, vegs.
