Grape Salad

I got this recipe a few years ago from a lady in our office. My family and my wife's family all love it. So, I thought I'd share:


1 - 8oz Cream Cheese
1 – 12oz Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup of confection sugar
3 to 4 cups of black or red seedless grapes
1 cup brown sugar (enough to cover top)
1 cup chopped pecans (enough to cover top)

Mix 1st 4 ingredients together with mixer and then fold in grapes.
Spread in a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top and then sprinkle nuts on top.


• Cut big grapes in half.
• Let cream cheese sit out (or put in microwave) to soften up before making mixture.
• Cream cheese/grape mixture is better if you make the day before and put in the refrigerator. Make sure and cover dish if you do this.
• Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top the next day and put back in refrigerator. Do this at least a couple of hours before serving.
