Thanks for the advice and references to other info. I ended up buying a DCS 27" grill. Will be here on Thursday and I'll let you know how it compares to my Weber Genesis it is replacing.
By all reports, I can actually get steakhouse type sear on a steak with the DCS, which is something I could never get with the Weber. I sure do love my Weber Bullet though.
Among the first plans is to make some jerk chicken with the bullet and then crisp the outside with the super heat of the DCS.
