Frozen Brisket with freezer burn

Hey guys, just pulled a brisket out of the freezer and it has freezer burn on it. Should I just toss it? It's been in my freezer for awhile.
 
Is it past the point of just trimming the burnt area up a bit?? If so I'd buy another brisket and cook them together just incase the burnt one turns out not so good.....

That's a great idea Larry. That way you don't waste a cook and have nothing to show for it.
